Plot 05 of the development presented unique challenges due to its complex building shape, which made it difficult to optimize the internal layout for both spaciousness and regulatory compliance.

This plot utilized a warm roof, requiring careful attention to ventilation and proper roof construction to ensure optimal performance.

The bedrooms were enhanced with dormers, which not only opened up the space but also served as a striking focal point for the design.
