The final residential development on Plot 5 is a combined plot, requiring careful consideration of several factors. One key consideration was the construction of the party wall, designed to minimize noise transfer between the two plots. The use of knapped flint detailing adds technical interest to the building, complemented by brick quoining for a distinctive finish. A beam and block floor was implemented, along with a warm roof, making this the only development in the series to feature three stories.
